Synchronizing AD Users with the Server

Manually synchronize AD users with the server.

To synchronize AD users with the server:

   Open the Active Directories page (Users menu > Active Directories tab).

   Select the Active Directory to synchronize and then click the Sync Now button; view in the upper right corner of the screen the 'Sync AD Users Started' prompt.
